Louis is a fully qualified estate agent specializing in Sales and Lettings at Hindhead Property. He has successfully completed all industry-recognized professional exams, enabling him to become a proud member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Originally hailing from Hull, Louis chose to make Plymouth his home after serving five years in the military as a Royal Logistics Corps Chef, attached to 29 Commando Regiment. Louis transitioned from military life to pursue his passion for martial arts, leading to extensive travel and competitive experiences.

During his weekends, Louis delights in outdoor activities, often exploring Dartmoor with his wife, twin boys, two young girls, and their beloved dog. Beyond work, Louis enjoys indulging in his love for barbecues, relishing good food, and cherishing family time.

Philippa is a key member of our Lettings team, undertaking various responsibilities, including ensuring our landlords are satisfied, property sourcing, project management, and facilitating communication between our network of contractors. Her dedication ensures that your homes are prepared for occupancy, and any property issues are promptly and efficiently addressed with minimal disruption.

Bringing a wealth of experience in customer services from her previous role at a large multinational company, Philippa excels in her demanding position. Balancing her professional life, she is a devoted mother to her two growing children, supported by her husband. Philippa joined Hindhead Property in 2013 after returning to England from an eight-year stay in Spain. Fluent in Spanish, her bilingual skills add a valuable dimension to the office.

In her leisure time, Philippa enjoys moments with her children, playing on the beach, walking her dog, and hosting lively gatherings.

Aimee joined our team in 2021 and has consistently demonstrated her deep understanding of the true essence of customer service. Residing in Liskeard with her young family and furry companion, Benny the cat, Aimee brings a robust local knowledge of Plymouth, Cornwall, and Devon to her role. Beyond her professional dedication, Aimee is not only passionate about her job but also about connecting with people, stemming from her background in paediatric nursing, making her a true people person.

Outside the office, Aimee can be found at the beach along the South West Coast, regardless of the weather.

Philippa originally joined the Hindhead team in 2016 to provide holiday cover just before embarking on her Law degree at Plymouth University. Currently, Philippa is at the helm of the accounts and admin team, diligently managing various tasks from ensuring precision in details to handling client queries in both sales and lettings. Beyond her role in dotting the i's and crossing the t's, Philippa is a versatile contributor to Hindhead's office dynamics.

Outside of office hours, Philippa finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends, relishing good food, and indulging in the art of baking. However, nothing brings her more happiness than reading bedtime stories to her two young daughters.

Amala joined our team in 2024 as a trainee with a strong foundation and passion for the property industry. After completing her A-levels, she gained valuable experience working as an administrator in property management, building key skills in trust, knowledge, and attention to detail.

Amala earned her Level 2 Estate Agent qualification and has since advanced to Junior Sales & Lettings Negotiator while working towards her MARLA qualification. Her strong work ethic and friendly demeanor allow her to connect with clients, ensuring a positive experience whether they are buying, renting, or selling. She is committed to supporting clients throughout their property journey and is on track to becoming a trusted professional in the industry.
