We have recently sold a property through Hindhead and would thoroughly recommend Louis and his team. From the moment we met Louis we knew that he understood us and our needs. The sale was not easy and the property had to go back on the market twice after chains broke, but Louis had buyers for us within days. They are very professional and kept us informed throughout. I contacted Maria Billington from Hindhead Properties to organize the letting of 35 Renaissance Gardens Beacon Park Plymouth PL2 3LX in August 2019 and she attended the property very quickly to check on my requirements after I had made contact 12 months previously. She met my elderly Mother who was staying with me at the time and took the time to talk with her during the appointment. Maria was totally professional in every way and proceeded efficiently to organize the marketing of the property having taken photos on the visit. Unfortunately as a Shared Ownership Property (I was leaving for a teaching position within 3 weeks having been interviewed on 1st August and flying to Abu Dhabi) I had not got the written permission from Tamar Housing to sublet the property which I now have). Tamar Housing so the excellent marketing of the property and pulled the plug. Maria had organized the Gas and Electric safety certificates and had gone above and beyond to look after my interests whilst I was busy teaching abroad – these certificates have subsequently been useful now that I have finally got the agreement from Tamar Housing to sublet the property. Maria’s professional and efficient approach from first meeting her has had a long lasting effect on being able to let my property and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the efficient and professional service.
