Tenant Fees apply to all applicants over the age of 18 and are NON REFUNDABLE. Payment is due on reserving a property. If the agreement fails due to an action of the Landlord a refund or partial refund may be considered.
A property will be held for a maximum of 14 days from payment of the Tenant Fee. If the tenancy is due to start after 14 days then a sum equivalent to the 1st month’s rent will be payable. If the tenancy does not go ahead due to an action of the prospective tenant, this money will be NON REFUNDABLE or on comencement of the tenancy these funds will be credited to the 1st months rent.
The Tenant Fee includes referencing, tenancy agreement administration, general administration and inventory checks.

If a request to keep a pet is accepted, an additional deposit of £150 will be payable which will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service.
If a tenant leaves the property during the fixed term period, they will remain liable for the rent, utilities and council tax until a new tenant takes up occupation. A fee equivalent to 60% of one month’s rental income will also be payable.
